She not only resolved all my issues quickly but did so with genuine care and attention to detail. Tracy is a true example of exceptional customer service. I have T-Mobile so I did not use the wi-fi, the breakfast was offered but I was on diet and so I checked not applicable.

I found the staff at the front desk is extremely friendly she had all my paperwork ready for me when I came in the location was nice quiet and very peaceful my stay was extremely excellent!!!!
