I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Tracy, the front desk staff member at the hotel. Her professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness made my stay incredibly pleasant. She not only resolved all my issues quickly but did so with genuine care and attention to detail. Tracy is a true example of exceptional customer service. Clean Staff was friendly and helpful

I have T-Mobile so I did not use the wi-fi, the breakfast was offered but I was on diet and so I checked not applicable.

Staff was great, especially Tracey at the front desk.
